2. No Refunds After Work Has Commenced
We do not offer any refunds once our team has started working on your project. This includes, but is not limited to, the initiation of research, design, development, strategy formulation, or any other project-related activities after an agreement has been made and the project has officially kicked off.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances at the sole discretion of Brightfox Labs management, and only if no work has been initiated by our team.
