Technical Architecture & Schema Specification

We plan before we code. You get a technical blueprint and fixed milestone price.

We interview your technical or operations leads, review existing APIs and databases, and author a technical specification document. We define database schemas, LLM tool definitions, fallback routes, and latency budgets.

Working Prototype & Staging Deployment

Working software on a live URL by the end of week two.

We build the core system slice and deploy it to a private, password-protected staging URL. You test real prompts, live data queries, and database mutations. We don't spend weeks debating static Figma prototypes when we can build functional code.

Integrations, Edge Cases & Tool Hardening

Making the system resilient against real-world failures and edge cases.

Language models can fail, external APIs experience outages, and users submit malformed data. In this phase, we add schema validators, circuit breakers, exponential backoff retries, and human verification queues.

ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES & VERIFICATION:
  • Tool-calling integration (ERP, CRM, Stripe, or internal REST APIs)
  • Human-in-the-loop review interface for exceptions and low-confidence predictions
  • Rate-limit handling, token cost monitoring, and fallback model routing
  • Automated integration tests on critical paths

PHASE 04•Handover

Production Deploy & 100% IP Transfer

Full transfer of Git repository, infrastructure keys, and documentation.

We deploy to your production cloud environment (AWS, GCP, bare Linux VPS, or Cloudflare). We configure your domain, DNS records, and SSL certificates. We transfer complete repository ownership and hand over operational runbooks.
